We manage the full day-to-day operation of your property, treating it as a performance asset rather than a passive listing, including pricing strategy, guest communication, cleaning and linen coordination, inspections, maintenance coordination, and ongoing optimisation.
Before onboarding, we assess whether short-stay is the right fit for the property and the owner’s goals. If it stacks up, we manage it properly with clear communication, consistent standards, and no lock-in contracts, making this service ideal for owners who want professional oversight and data-backed decisions without the hassle.
Airbnb Setup
Airbnb Setup is designed for owners who are new to short-stay or want to relaunch an existing property properly. We handle everything required to take a property live, including listing creation and optimisation, pricing foundations, house rules, guest information, access setup, and coordination of photography or styling where required.
The focus is on building a listing that is practical, compliant, and positioned for consistent bookings, not over-styled or over-promised. This service can be delivered as a standalone setup or as the first step before transitioning into full short-stay management.
Co-Hosting
Our Co-Hosting service supports owners who want to stay involved but need reliable local support. We assist with guest communication, booking coordination, pricing input, cleaning and linen coordination, inspections, and on-the-ground issue resolution, without taking over full ownership of the process.
This option suits owners who self-manage remotely, holiday home owners who need local backup, or hosts who want operational support without full management, with the scope agreed upfront and clear responsibilities on both sides.

Where appropriate, we align the acquisition strategy with future short-stay management, so decisions made at purchase stage support income, operations, and asset quality down the line. This service is separate from Tassie To Metro’s management offering and is handled under Jasper Advocacy’s licensing and process.
